Game 2: Under or Over

In Under or Over(UOO), you choose a direction in which you think the asset used for this round will go for. It is a more team based game than for example Hold The Line.

Choose a Position: Two things to note is that the price comparison will begin when the game starts (NOT from the moment you pick it), and that you may only choose your position ONCE per game and may not change it afterwards, unlike in HTL. . Enter up if you think the price will go up . Enter Down if you think the price will go down

Fee: Under or Over only has a one time entry fee per game. Do note than once the game is finished you would need to pay a new entry fee as it is used to distribute the game's earnings.

Earnings: In UOO, the fees are directly used to reward those having chosen the correct position ( the winners) and come from those having chosen the wrong position ( the next timers). Do note that your payout would depend on the ((number of players X fee)+ initial game reward)/ Number of people having chosen your direction direction

In the example given, 3 players have each put a 100 AEGIS + 100 AEGIS as the initial reward makes for a total of 400 AEGIS in the prize pool. We have chosen up along with another player, and the other player has chosen down. Says we are the winner ( which it looks like we are), the calculation would go like this: 3*100+100/2= 400/2=200. You put 100 and are getting 100 more, and as such are getting a payout of 1X. Now let's say the price does go down, the one player would have received: 3*100+100/1= 400 He put out 100, and as such his additional reward is of 300, or 3X his initial capital.

Game Phases: Please note that the game has TWO PHASES, the decision phase during which you may choose a direction before the game starts, and the time when the game is already started during which no one new may enter and at the end of which the winning team is decided.
